THE PROCESS

Stage 1

We start by thoroughly dry vacuuming any loose dirt and hair.

Stage 2

A chemical solution spray is used to begin to loosen any deep embedded dirt or stains.

Stage 3

We then agitate the carpet throughout with a pre-spray to maximise effectiveness and rejuvenate the carpet pile

Stage 4

We rinse and extract away soilage.

Stage 5

We apply a finishing spray which enhances your carpets natural colour and eliminates any residual smells or odours.

Stage 6

The process is finished by grooming the carpet pile and utilising fan equipment to decrease drying time.

The method we used it hot water extraction commonly referred to as steam deep cleaning. Along with this we use a range of certified products which helps to remove the toughest and deepest dirt, safely and gently.
We recommend that you do lightly pre-vacuum in high traffic areas. But rest assured our team will also vacuum before they start the cleaning process.

We recommend leaving your carpet to air dry for at least 6 hours however should you need to access the area, it can be walked on after around an hour of the carpet cleaning process.
